Whether you have a clear vision or are just getting started, we begin with a one on one consultation to understand your style and prefrences. We'll first help you select the perfect diamond, then choose from one of our existing settings or work with us to customize a design around it. A consultation is required before placing an order, and custom engagement rings are not available through our website checkout.
CRAFTING
Once the design is approved, our skilled artisans bring the ring to life. Every element is carefully crafted to ensure precision, durability, and beauty in the final piece.
FINAL REVIEW & DELIVERY
Before your custom piece is ready for delivery, we perform a thorough review to ensure it meets our high standards. Then, we’ll safely deliver your ring or invite you to pick it up at our downtown Charleston studio.
